  • Exercise properly.
  • Get enough sleep. If you don’t get enough sleep daily, and this can make your skin look dull and ugly. Also, less sleep leads to stress and anxiety, which can cause wrinkles.
  • You can try applying ice to your face if you have pimples that hurt. Pimples cause inflammation, and I know it hurts a lot, that you might even want to pop it up. Instead of popping it, you can try applying ice wrapped in a cloth. This will lessen the redness and inflammation and will give you relief.
