Vitamin D : The Best Solution These Days For Most Of The Problems

  • Boost the immune system thereby helping our body to fight back against any virus

According to the study done on the Irish adults, the following reports were analyzed by the scientists and researchers.

  • 50 percent are deficient of vitamin D
  • 47% are all adults
  • 85% deficient in the winter season
  • 27% are all above the age of 70

Vitamin D is produced in the skin only when it is getting exposed to the sunlight and you all need just 10-15 min of exposure during morning and evening rays under the sun. The main problem we face is that we don’t get proper sunlight and happened to stay indoors constraining ourselves during this lockdown period.

  • Cod liver oil
  • Bone formulations
  • Injections
  • Multivitamins
  • Immune supporting supplements

Apart from obtaining vitamin D through food, sunlight, or by other supplements, make sure you have the right amount of vitamin D in your body as excess or low levels have their effect on the body.

The recommended quantity of vitamin D necessary is between 1000 iu to 2000 iu per day for adults of more than 50 years.
